Any new item (other than those discussed below) may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping charge. Please call (409)833-8603 to obtain a return authorization number.
All products returned must be unmarked, in sellable condition, and a photocopy of your invoice must be included. If you are returning damaged products, we will credit you for the shipping charges; otherwise it is your responsibility to pay for shipping. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized return.
The following items may not be returned:

Consumable items, such as strings, picks, reeds, etc.

Any items that are worn or blown into, such as harmonicas, mouthpieces, etc.

Installed items, such as guitar pickups
Due to copyright law, all printed and recorded purchases are sold on definite order and are not returnable. If we make an error filling your order or the product is defective, please call us within 7 days to receive a return authorization number.
All refunds will be made in the medium in which it was received ---- credit card refunds for payments made by credit card, check refunds for payments made by check.
